About Mo' Fitness

Mo’ Fitness has been an athlete and into fitness her whole life. Her favorite workouts involve high intensity training and heavy lifting. She understands the benefits of cross training and muscle confusion, thus you will never experience the same workout session. Mo’ Fitness also recognizes that any training program will be incomplete and/or ineffective without the proper nutrition; which is why she will switch up and tailor trainings and nutritional programs according to each person’s fitness goals.
